Located in the famous red light district of Amsterdam, the Poppenhuis is a brothel staffed by only Open Source Dolls. All its staff are sex workers fascinated by α, β and γ, and decided there would be a market for it in the red light district of Amsterdam.
Currently, there are twenty Dolls on staff of the Poppenhuis, all of which use the Alpha, Beta and Gamma variants of the Open Source Doll hard shells, as those forms are known to their customers, many of which want to have sex with α, β and γ. However there are two more variants working at the Poppenhuis, one Epsilon and one Eta variant.
All staff of the Poppenhuis have decided to live as Dolls 24/7, much like α, β and γ and to be ‘on call’ for the majority of the day. For this, they had their hard shells quantumagically modified to remove the need to eat and drink, as well as go to the toilet, though one or two Dolls have specialised in water sports.
