Born on December 2, 1980 in Westchester, New York, Bethany ‘Betty’ McCloud is the daughter of Collin, owner of a carpenter business, and Denise McCloud, a history teacher.

From an early age, Betty was interested in both history and physical activities, the latter usually with her older brothers. This led to some problems, and her father managed to steer her toward sports and athletics to burn off her physical energy. In turn, her mind was always drawn to pranks, which her mother managed to tame by application of her family’s Scottish history.

At school, Betty was bullied for a bit, but once puberty hit, it hit hard, making Betty develop a very feminine body, but with a core of solid muscle. While she learned carpentry from her father and metal and leather working in shop Claas in school, it was history that would lead her to leave the United States to get into the University of Edinburgh to earn a Masters Degree in Scottish History, paying for it by working as a tourist guide.

And in Edinburgh she would discover several things that would become part of her life. Two things were related to her history degree, historical reenactment and historical European martial arts, short HEMA. She would take an active part in both, developing to be a good fighter with the Scottish claymore, while building on her metal working knowledge to become a competent blacksmith. The latter would help her with her Master’s thesis about historical Scottish metalworking, for which she forged her own Claymore.

Betty also discovered the kinky side of life, immersing herself in the Edinburgh fetish scene. In general, Betty is an easy going woman, which might be partially due to her size and strength, with a maternal streak. If someone gets on her bad side, she will make them regret their life choices.
