The Herd, or the Eight, is a group of eight trans-herms who have gotten into a indentured servitude contract with Elenydd in late 2020, to finalize their dreams of becoming pony girls in the mould of Maddie and Maggie.
The Eight have been living together at the Munster City Orphanage for one reason or another, either due to being orphaned or coming from abusive households and have, over the course of ten years bonded strongly into a close knit family group of their own, sharing as much of their interests as possible.
From an early age, it became clear that the then five girls and three boys were envious of each other in the gender area and intense questioning and testing by the orphanage staff, found that all eight were trans-gender, though of the rather uncommon, all of them of the very uncommon trans-herm kind. Thanks to the discovery being made before the kids puberty, the gender reassignment therapy needed allowed for the changes to be somewhat natural, as was the gender reassignment surgery, which was supported by some magic done by the Major to fix the eight childrens new gender.
During puberty and discovery of sex and its fun, the eight experimented and developed into a group sexual relationship with every one of them having sex with everyone else, rather than developing internal pairings. They also very quickly developed an interest into latex and BDSM and eventually discovered pony play, especially after meeting Maddy and Maggie through Ben and watched their development of their own fetish in the same. However, they were not old enough for anything more than experimentation.
As the first of them turned 18, the orphanage allowed the eight to move into a home of their own, an older house they fixed up themselves, with everyone pitching in, with them entering various smaller jobs to finance their commune like living arrangements.
Still, they wanted to become full permanent pony girls like the type Maddie and Maggie were working towards and in late 2020, Elenydd approached them. The Mayor told the eight that she, as a dragon, had the urge to hoard things she liked and she herself had always yearned to collect and hoard strange and unusual things and from the late 80s, this had switched to people who were willing to go to extremes to achieve their dreams, especially if those were sexual. Rati had been the first of those she had collected. Now, she had heard about the eight, who were already calling themselves ‘The Herd’ and made them an offer.
The Major would help them achieve their dream goal of becoming permanently heavy rubber encased pony girls and in exchange the Herd would enter into an indentured servitude contract with the Major, living in the old stables that were still part of the Mayors home, partially treated a ponies, partially treated as pets and always treated well. For the most part they were still allowed to do as they wished, but still be ready to serve the Mayor in any way needed.
After long deliberation, the Herd entered into the contract, which was not only legally, but also magically binding, to ensure neither party broke the contract. This had, of course, had an effect on the Eight, who got deeper into their fantasy and were more willing to go to extremes to achieve it. Initially, they began to train their bodies for the ballet en pointe posture as well as tight lacing, and eventually began to talk to Maggie and Maddie about suits for themselves, just after their marriage.
The twins were willing to help the Eight, especially once they were told they were planning to be permanently sealed into the suits. The Mayor also entered these discussions, since she had offered the Twins to permanently seal them into their pony suits, though they were unwilling to do so at the time. These discussions became planning sessions, where the Twins used the Herd as ‘prototypes’ for their own permanent suits. For the Eight, there would be some surgical modifications, like enlarging their breasts to just a little smaller than the Twins, the removal of most of their tails, if applicable, as well as mounting points into the tails vertebrae, the tibia and fibula of their legs, to permanently attach both the boots, as well as the pony tails. Eventually, they would also need the removal of their ears and fur to make their suits more comfortable.
The Eight came up with the idea of integrating throat microphones into the suits collar and ear phones, connected to a vocoder and a radio, allowing the Eight to talk among themselves and others, even while their throats were blocked and filled by a large sheath gag. They also integrated nostril breathing tubes going down to the trachea to allow breathing while otherwise occupied. Mayor Elenydd then came with the information that the magic she planned of using to seal the Eight up permanently would leave them without the need to drink, eat or take care of bodily waste products, while also reducing their need for sleep to two hours per day. This allowed to remove the catheter and enema tubes, as well as the feeding tube.
To help themselves to get more into their pony personas for the future, the Eight each changed their names to valuable gemstones, which also would lend their colours to their suits.
Finally, in late 2021, they took the final step and were sealed into their permanent pony suits and began to love in the old stables of the Mayors house.

Sometime during the preparations, the Eight had decided that they would set up their own rules, going deeper into their new existence as ponies, setting up what they were not allowed to do and what they had to be ready for.
Ponies are not allowed to:
- Sit down anywhere. They have to stand at all times, outside of their owners telling them otherwise. Lying down is allowed.
- Make any noise that can be prevented.
- Talk. This includes the use of sign language and the written word. Only their owners may tell them to do.
Ponies have to:
- Be ready and available at all times.
- Be as graceful as possible when doing anything.
- Tolerate everything their owners do and not complain.
- Present themselves from their best side at all times.
Generally, they can be found acting as servers at parties of the Mayor, in the stables, or in various clubs of the city, in many cases accompanying the Mayor on an evening out.
One per week, the Eight can be found bound in a service position, in various positions of the city, acting as ‘public appliance’, ready to be fucked by any passerby.
