Born on July 13, 1988, in Munster, Oregon, Jakob Kruger is the daughter of Matthew and Angelica Kruger, owners of a small book shop ‘Kruger Books’ in downtown Munster.
He is the older brother of Mel Kruger and can best be described as being ‘the platonic ideal of a femboy’, with a teasing, wisecracking, and in-your-face gay attitude and personality to match. He will always be seen wearing bright neon outfits that could be construed as ‘stereotypical’ for his ‘subculture’.
He has studied clinical psychology at Portland State University, where he has met Marcus Thornton and entered into a stable relationship, before moving back to Munster with his partner, where they entered into a civil partnership.
When Mel returned to Munster, she invited him and Marcus to move in with her and Tigress and open his own therapy clinic.

Born on February 1, 1988, in Liverpool, England, Marcus Thornton is the son of Alan and Andrea Thornton, a dockyard worker and housewife as the oldest of three children.
Marcus is built ‘like a brick outhouse’ and looks like ‘the platonic ideals of a British punk’, with a loud, boisterous personality that has, for most people surprising, depth. He is a hard core follower of Liverpool F.C. and will watch every single game and always wears at least a Liverpool F.C. t-shirt. He is always wearing what many call ‘punk uniform’, including the stereotypical safety clip through one ear.
He studied theology at the University of Liverpool and moved to Portland for an exchange semester, where he met Jakob and remained in Portland to finish his degree in theology, before moving to Munster. In Munster he did convert from Anglicanism to the Munster Anabaptist sect and became one of the many preachers for the congregation.
It is to be noted that its Jakob who is the driving force of the relationship, as a ‘power bottom’, while Marcus could be seen as ‘service top’, however Marcus is almost violently possessive and protective of Jakob.
